• Second independent kitchen on the upper floor
• Outdoor bar on the upper terrace equipped for tea and coffee
• Back area on the upper terrace: fully automatic washing machine and separate drying space
• Private water tank and pump
• No Wi-Fi available

• Air conditioning (cold/hot) for both floors

Booking & Payment Details
• Minimum stay: 5 days (exceptions for a shorter stay may be possible depending on the rental rate)
• Booking deposit: 25% of the rental value
• Remaining payment: to be completed 2 days before arrival
• Security deposit:
 – 50% of the rental value for long-term bookings
 – 25% for short-term bookings
 – Refundable after the villa is returned in good condition
• Nightly rate in winter: 3,000 EGP
• Electricity, water, and internet usage are the responsibility of the guest
• Cleaning fee: 2,000 EGP

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Rules & Requirements
• Booking is available for families and individuals
• Pets are allowed under the owner’s supervision
• Guest ID is required
• The village representative is responsible for key handover and ensuring comfort and safety
• Single-night bookings require host approval
