Unit Details
• 1 Bedroom + Fully Air-Conditioned Reception
• Double Bed (160 cm) in the bedroom
• Reception with sofa bed and regular sofa
• 1 Bathroom
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Microwave, Refrigerator, Kettle, 2 small electric burners (for heating, not cooking), kitchen utensils
• Garden set and sunbed in the garden
• Accommodates 4 guests (excluding children)
• No Wi-Fi

Rental & Costs
• Security Deposit: 1,000 EGP
• 1-night booking available with 250 EGP extra per night (except Fridays in summer)
• Extra charge for 5th guest: 200 EGP (one-time fee for the whole stay)

Key Handover
• Key is at the village and collected before the agent arrives
• Agent contact number and unit number will be sent immediately after booking
• Check-in: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Couples, engaged persons, customary marriage contracts, and singles not allowed
• No gender-specific chalet rentals (male-only or female-only) allowed
• No pets (dogs)
• No underage guests
• No BBQ
• Guest IDs required for all
• If the wife’s name is different from the husband’s: marriage contract required
• For male guests with “Student” on ID: proof of employment required (work ID, union ID, or HR letter)
• Eid condition: Minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights during the Eid period.

• Cancellation 1 week before booking: full refund
• Cancellation less than 1 week but more than 3 days: booking held until chalet is rebooked. If rebooked, full refund or difference in rent deducted. If not rebooked, no refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days: no refund
