• 5,000 EGP per night during holidays
• 4,000 EGP per night (June & September)
• 4,500 EGP per night (July & August)

Payments & Fees
• Security deposit: Equivalent to 1 night
• Electricity & water consumption charged to tenant
  – Recharge card based on usage
  – Or fixed rate: 100 EGP electricity + 50 EGP water per night
• Cleaning fee: 500 EGP (one-time)
• Housekeeping available upon request
