Booking is confirmed by paying a deposit only of 1000 EGP, refundable at the end of the stay
A copy of the contract will be sent before payment, including the owner’s details and registered phone number in the ad
Payment is made via InstaPay to a bank account in the owner’s name only, not a wallet

Security Deposit
2000 EGP refundable at the end of the stay

Optional Services
Housekeeping service during stay for 150 EGP instead of 250 EGP (for Eng. Ahmed Saad clients only)
QR code available for Marina access at a discounted rate for the full car

Rules
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests
Pets are not allowed
For mixed groups, a marriage certificate must be provided

Cancelation policy

• The security deposit (booking deposit) is non-refundable in case of cancellation at any time
