Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rentelly, we aim to provide an excellent rental experience. This policy explains the refund and exchange terms for bookings.

Refund Terms

  • More than 7 days before arrival: 100% full refund
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 75% refund
  • 24-72 hours before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

Full Refund Cases

  • Cancellation by the host
  • Property issues not disclosed beforehand
  • Emergency circumstances (death, serious illness, natural disasters)
  • Property unavailable on booking date

Exchange Policy

  • Property exchange can be requested up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Exchange is free if the alternative property is the same price or less
  • Price difference is charged if the alternative property is more expensive
  • No exchanges allowed on the same day of arrival

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used
  • Banks may take an additional 3-5 days to show the amount
  • Processing fees are non-refundable

Special Terms

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be subject to additional fees
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Additional documentation may be required for verification
