Check-in Instructions

Check-in is from 12:00 PM onward. Please message us at least [2 hours] before your arrival so we can coordinate timing. I will personally meet you at the villa to welcome you and hand over the keys.

Please note the following fees, payable upon arrival:

1,200 EGP — village services fee (covers housekeeping, electricity, and water), paid once at check-in only.

3,000 EGP — refundable security deposit, returned in full upon departure.

Cancelation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable, given the high demand for beachfront properties during peak season. If you need to reschedule instead of cancel, please message us directly — we'll do our best to accommodate a date change based on availability.
