Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rentelly, we aim to provide an excellent rental experience. This policy explains the refund and exchange terms for bookings.
Refund Terms
- More than 7 days before arrival: 100% full refund
- 3-7 days before arrival: 75% refund
- 24-72 hours before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Full Refund Cases
- Cancellation by the host
- Property issues not disclosed beforehand
- Emergency circumstances (death, serious illness, natural disasters)
- Property unavailable on booking date
Exchange Policy
- Property exchange can be requested up to 48 hours before arrival
- Exchange is free if the alternative property is the same price or less
- Price difference is charged if the alternative property is more expensive
- No exchanges allowed on the same day of arrival
Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used
- Banks may take an additional 3-5 days to show the amount
- Processing fees are non-refundable
Special Terms
- Service fees are generally non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be subject to additional fees
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of cancellation
- Additional documentation may be required for verification
